Unsightly faces in the dark places like basements, looked like prisoners —scary visions. I was staring at the ceiling for hours praying, asking God "Who are all those people? Am I possessed by a demon? Oh dear God, I don’t want these visions If this is not your gift, take it away from me! Please! Save me!" I was convinced such things couldn't happen to the child baptised in the church of Christ. * * *
Tired of waiting for the answers from God, I started searching for healing from the faces in the supernatural places: mediums, astrologers, fortunetellers, some offered a knowledge about angels, numbers, some flashed taro readings, some promoted crystals, and some even burned church candles in the name of Jesus! No help from charlatans, no answers to my prayers then But one thing I now clearly understand— the enemy had used my anxiety and my lack of a knowledge of God’s Truth to mislead me. * * *
I was shown other visions truly bizarre scenes; I included them into my poems in an attempt to turn the frightening visions I couldn’t comprehend into hope-giving verses. I was often meditating with the crystals on my palms asking God to give me understanding, and I guess that was the time when I was gone too far worshiping stones instead of being patient, instead of trusting Him— that’s when the Shepherd came to catch and return home His one lost sheep: He gave me the most marvellous vision, the vision that changed me— He showed me the Lord Jesus in His Godly glory. * * * Eight years later, I’ve finally grasped the nature of the unpleasant faces that looked like prisoners in the dark places —these are the men who disobey the Holy Word of God. I thank my God, Heavenly Father and the Lord Christ, our Saving Light for delivering my face from that lightless deadly place.

“There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer, or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the LORD. “ Deuteronomy 18:10-11
